I'd love to be friends on MFP with more people who crossfit and log their food daily! Preferably a cleaner sort of diet, even a bit paleo. I don't follow paleo strictly myself, allowing some dairy and grains. Anyway, I log my food and exercise daily and would love some inspiration from you guys :)

Do I need to eat more not less?
I know this topic is so flogged but I really need some feedback. I worked out my TDEE on IIFYM a while ago and its around 1800 calories a day for fat loss. 2100 for maintenance. I have my diary set to 1800 and I follow that strictly. I crossfit 5 times a week and am doing fasted sprints 2 or 3 times a week in the morning.…

Nutrition: Rest Day, what do you do?
So I stick to a pretty rigorous meal plan on my crossfit days, I have a plan for morning WODs and evening WODs. Just wondering how you guys eat on rest days? I stick to the same things but I change out my pre workout meal for something thats not carby and high in protein. Interested to see what others do :)

6am Crossfit. Do you eat breakfast before?

I am doing a 6am crossfit class tomorrow morning and I don't know if I should my oatmeal at 5am and have a protein smoothie afterwards or only have something light before it and eat breakfast after?
