People on high protein strength training diets?

Hey, I am trying to follow a high protein low carb diet for strength training. I'd love to follow some people doing the same thing so I can look at your diaries for more food ideas. Thanks :)

    You can feel free to check out my diary. Do keep in mind that over the holidays I was out of my usual routine (nutrition-wise), so my macros were a bit off. Getting back into my usual dietary routine this week, thankfully!

    If you are doing low carb you need more fat than protein. You'll still get plenty of it, I target around 180g per day and that's about 30% of my calories.
