eating after gym...
Hi everyone, this is the first time I'm posting (scary) anyway I go to the gym 3x a week but when I leave I am STARVING, even after drinking 3 glasses of water (in my workout cup),. So my question is what do you eat after an hour workout? or do I need to work through it? I'm not sure I could not eat to be honest
