when do I eat?
I am confused about when I should eat when it comes to exercise. Can someone please advise me. Is it better to eat before or after a workout? I've heard that you should eat within 15 minutes after a workout.

I am interested in eating healthier and staying in shape. I lost 10 lbs during the fall and wouldn't mind another 7 to come off. Mostly I want to tone my body. I started doing Zumba and Body Combat back in the fall but got caught up in finals and stopped going to my exercise classes. I am ready to start back, I get bored…
