I am interested in eating healthier and staying in shape. I lost 10 lbs during the fall and wouldn't mind another 7 to come off. Mostly I want to tone my body. I started doing Zumba and Body Combat back in the fall but got caught up in finals and stopped going to my exercise classes. I am ready to start back, I get bored very easy with exercise. Does anyone have some good ideas for different exercises that shape and tone? would love to hear what works best.
