not really losing weight
I have dramatically improved my diet and would like to lose around 6kgs. I have been doing MFP religiously for almost a month and have started going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I haven't really lost much weight so far. My diary is open...is there anything else you suggest I do?

How to eat well on the weekends?
I am pretty good at staying under my calories and doing exercise during the week. But from Friday night to Sunday night, I find it really hard to stay healthy. Any advice? I worry it will undo my good work during the week

No weight loss this week
I am 145 pounds trying to get down to 130. I have been dieting for about three weeks and had lost 2.5 pounds when I weighed in last Friday. This week, I didn't lose any weight! I went to the gym four times (body pump, tabata and personal trainer - all 30/45 minute sessions) and tried to eat pretty well. My diary is open.…

MFP - Monday to Friday
I am really good about MFP during the week, but find that on the weekends I don't track because I am out for drinks and meals out, and sometimes can't fit in exercise. Is anybody else like this and have they still seen results? If not, any tips for helping me incorporate MFP into the weekend more easily?
