So hungry!
Yes, I have been overweight for many years, But I’m now in my 50s and have arthritis but I’m trying to take control of my health life. I am eating a healthy diet, no junk, 1200 to 1400 cal a day, ensuring that I am getting as close to the macronutrients on MFP as possible. I increased my lean protein to try and stave off…

Weight loss slowed right down, advice please
I am a 44 year old mum, with an office job, and 50lb to lose (that's my interim goal.) I do 30 mins of cross training, 3-5 times a week. MFP has me on 1200 calories, I weigh everything & check packaging, but my weight loss has slowed right down to 0.4-0.8lb in 7-10 days. How can I get back to a steady 2lb a week???

Chorizo fat!
My 50g link of chorizo sausage is 250 calories. I pan fried it and drained off 15g fat (plus put the chorizo in paper towel to make sure I got as much off as possible). 15g of pork fat is 94 calories. Would it be reasonable to log that cooked chorizo at 156 calories (250-94)???

MFP puts me on 1200 cals but not losing weight...
I have 4-5 stone to lose. Am 44 and 5'5". I do a desk job but cross train 30 mins, 3-5 times a week (on a high resistance rather than bat-out-of-hell speed) and I'm not losing weight! I tried to cut down to 800 cals but felt ill after 5 days so quit and went back to 1200 cals. Still no weight loss. What do I do???

NOT AFRAID TO EAT!!!
Proof of the pudding (apt considering the topic!) and all that. What day did I complain about WW failing me and now being afraid to eat for fear of never losing weight?! Well, but a few days later, on 1200-1300 calories and the scales have dropped 1.5lb :D I am so happy! It's also reinforcing the eat-to-lose strategy in my…

Afraid to eat :(
After 6 disastrous weeks on WW, I've just started calorie counting with MFP. However, due to my lack of weight loss since the new year, despite being 100% on the plan, I am now finding myself scared to eat :( I know starvation mode is real because I've been through it several times, yet my brain is screaming, 'you're not…

Struggling to find right balance
Firstly let me say a bit about myself so you get the picture; I'm a 197lb 42 year old working wife & mother. I started training for a 5K two months ago. Hubby and I run three-four times a week, currently at the level of between 1.5-3 miles and not particularly fast! We also do a little bit of resistance training on some…
