Chorizo fat!

My 50g link of chorizo sausage is 250 calories. I pan fried it and drained off 15g fat (plus put the chorizo in paper towel to make sure I got as much off as possible). 15g of pork fat is 94 calories. Would it be reasonable to log that cooked chorizo at 156 calories (250-94)???

I'd log the whole thing and just know that you're probably overestimating. I mean it's what I do with meat in general.2

Thanks. 100 calories is a considerable chunk of my daily 1300 though - I don't want to go that much over or under. Internet isn't really helping either. Guess I'll have to wait and see how it goes!0

I know what happens if I rationalize calories away.2
