i finally got a new computer
the reason why i have been gone so long is becasue my computer crashed and it would not let me get on my group on my ipod . i understand if you all have left . just please know i didnt give up on you . i made a new account i dont know if im going to keep it or not yet .

im starting to fade
man i had a great start but i havent been this far in weight loss i what to eat foods that i have said not to eat i havent ate any chips in a week and if i do know then i will go on a eating spree :frown: what should i do !!!
