I've lost 52 pounds in just under 4 months and am super happy with my progress. I've lost fairly evenly head to toe, but my thighs are a nightmare. I know they'll get better with more weight loss, but does anyone have any workout suggestions for thighs? I currently do an hour if cardio 5-7 days a week.

When I hear people say they're restricting their caloric intake to 1200, does that mean net or actual food????

How do I log a 30ds level 1 workout? Anyone know how many calories it burns roughly?

sore...push through or rest?
I did JM 30DS day 1 yesterday. Today I am so sore I can barely walk. I'm new to this whole exercise thing. Should I take a rest day or push through and do it again today???

exercising only at home?
Hi all! I'm fairly new here and still finding my way. I'm 21 down in 5 weeks, so I must be doing something right. Has anyone lost significant weight by calorie counting and exercising on their own at home only or is the gym a must???

1200 calories????
I recently read a post on here (can't find it now) that said MPG recommends 1200 calories a day. Is that accurate? It confuses me only because when I put in my weight and height and goal, I was given a calorie limit that isn't close to 1200. Should I be aiming for 1200 instead of my personal limit?
