I did JM 30DS day 1 yesterday. Today I am so sore I can barely walk. I'm new to this whole exercise thing. Should I take a rest day or push through and do it again today???

If you're just sore I suggest pushing through. When I first started swim team I was sore every day, but after a while your body gets used to it and it will hurt less and less. Go slow. Take your time.0

Many times soreness will alleviate during a workout as your muscles loosen. But listen to your body, you don't want to risk doing too much too soon and getting an injury.0

Two aleve, and push through if it's just soreness.
get er dun.
If I stopped when I was sore, I wouldn't be doing some of my double workouts.0 -
As others have said, if it is a dull achey sort of muscle pain, this is normal when you haven't worked out in a while or are upping your intensity. The pain will often go away as you get your blood flowing. If it is a sharp shooting sort of pain or pain in your joints, it might be worth taking a day off and starting again tomorrow.0
