Hello Everyone, I want to know if anyone knows how to manually change the serving size of foods you add that are not on the list? I make a vegetable/turkey burger and the vegetables are half spinach and half carrots. About 2 ounces of each. The drop down list will not allow me to enter ounces for vegetables.
Hi! I'm in fairly good shape. I lost 75lbs about 8 years ago, but these last 30 come and go. I believe a plant based lifestyle is the key, as I am a sugar and carb addict. When I'm able to keep to a natural plant based diet, I do well, but I find it hard to stick with. In need of support and ideas.
