Manually manipulate food entries

Hello Everyone,
I want to know if anyone knows how to manually change the serving size of foods you add that are not on the list? I make a vegetable/turkey burger and the vegetables are half spinach and half carrots. About 2 ounces of each. The drop down list will not allow me to enter ounces for vegetables.

Look for different entries. The no-asterisk entries that were derived from USDA data usually offer both volume and weight measurements as drop-down options (if it only has grams, just convert -- 28 grams = 1 oz).0
