100lbs lost and STUCK!
I've lost 100lbs and can't get beyond that for the life of me! My calories range from 1100-1500 a day. I change it up every now and then so my body doesn't get used to it. Lactose & Gluten intolerant- HELP!
I have been lactose since I can remember (milk is the worst- I drink lactaid. I can have other dairy products but, very little of them if I do.
