Looks like I can't even hve a cheat Meal
:( I had a take away sat (chicken in black bean ssauce with boiled rice) so went over my target calories (but still under 2000) been gym and been under my goal target as I don't eat the calories I burn and Iv stayed that same or even gained I'm so fed up!!!!! Sorry rant over x

How to control my emotional eating
I do really well all day stick to everything write down every little thing that passes my lips then if i get upset or a bit depressed I go straight to food and not the healthy items...my question is how to you deal with your emotional eating as its getting me down which results in me eating more ????
