Hi all,
I'm having a meal out with my friends today iv already chosen what to have (chargrilled chicken, mushrooms, peas, salad and jacket potato) I would like to log it best I can any but not sure as I always weigh everythibg I eat and don't think they like it if I brought my weighing sales in lol any help and I do want to log it thanks xx

Have you eaten this kind of food at home? Have you been paying attention to how it looks? Can you look at a piece of chicken or peas or a potato and judge that it looks close to your normal portion size or that it is double what you normally eat? You are just going to have to eyeball and make your best guess if you don't take a scale with you.
It is one meal. It isn't the end of the world if you are off on the calorie count a little.0 -
If it turns out to be a very large portion, pack half to take home. Then you can weigh/measure your leftovers and you'll know what you already ate.0
