My "sweet spot"
After tracking things a few weeks, I've found that 1400 net calories is damn hard, even when I exercise regularly, but 1600 is pretty reasonable. So, it's mostly been 1600, even though I think about that lower number! Guess I'll just lose the next 5 a little slower.

Totally lost it on peanut M&Ms!!!
For 20 days I've done well (except one massive popcorn binge - a 600 cal binge!), but I just knowingly and wantonly attacked a bowl of peanut M&Ms. I guess everyone has their breaking point and that was mine. The rest are leaving my office and going out to the break room for others to enjoy! :)

Breakfast - My Nemesis
I love breakfast... and lots of it. My favorite thing is a cup of 2% Fage yogurt with a tbsp of honey, 1/4 of granola, and a big tbsp of walnuts... seems reasonable, but it's more than 25% of my day!
