Do you stop eating after a certain time?
I know I've always been told you should stop eating after 7 or 8 pm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on that theory. Typically by then I'm at my calorie limit but sometimes I'm not, wondering if there is any sense in pushing myself to eat before a certain time or if I'm within my daily limit it's fine? Thanks :)

Best time to work out and do you skip a day if you're sore?
Kinda new to the whole working out thing and I have to admit I'm kind of getting addicted ;) Just wondering if it's more beneficial to do it in the morning or the evening and if you have a day when you are really sore is it best to take a day off or keep going and work through it? Food lover or mindless eater?

Blackberry learn to run app?
So my friend has this Nike learn to run thing on her iphone and it's awesome, we'll run 5 minutes then it will ding and say run for a minute then walk for 3 then run 1.5 etc, it's really motivating and easy, she's going away tonight and I'm trying to get something similar on my Blackberry, anyone have any suggestions?
