Cheat Meal Dinner - What to eat for breakfast and lunch?
Has anyone got any tips on a good breakfast and lunch to have on the lead up to my cheat meal dinner? I want to accumulate a lot of calories so I can use the bulk of them on the cheat meal but I don't want to starve myself leading up to dinner time. Water for weight loss?
Anyone upped their water intake and lost weight? I have stopped drinking diet soda as of Friday and I am trying to consume about 2 litres of water a day in the hope that this will indirectly help me reach my goal.

Should I be eating more to compensate calories burned?
So I try to keep within 800-1000 calories a day but my hour swimming allegedly takes that down to just 300 calories. Should I be eating another 700 that day to go back up to 1000 calories logged, or is it a case of I have actually taken in 1000 calories and if I burn them I burn them?
