Depression?
Forgive me if this is too personal...but does anyone out there have depression and difficulty losing weight? When you're depressed does it cause you to binge? When your symptoms are managed do you go back to "normal" eating habits?

How do you weigh yourself?
the scale at the gym said one number and the one at home said another number. Also when I move my scale around the floor, my number changed as well. What do I do?

Do you get calories burned for strength exercises?
And today I was doing push ups and sit ups both 3 sets of 10. MFP didn't show any calories burned. Is this normal? Do you not count your strength calories burned? I'm confused.

1200 is really difficult

i'm confused! Daily caloric limit?
So the app that I got from this site tells me that my daily caloric limit is 1200 calories. If I eat less than my 1200 calories, it tells me that my body might go into starvation mode. I'm scared...
So I am 200ish pounds and I want to weigh 160 and have a medium frame size. I guess I am scared to lose weight. I want to but I'm worried about losing my breasts and having extra skin. I'm 22. My skin should still be elastic enough that if I were able to lose the weight it would retract right? I need opinions :(
