I tend to slouch a lot when sitting at my desk. How can I correct my posture and keep myself from gradually hunching over? And, is it a good idea to sit on an exercise ball instead of an office chair? Does it strengthen the core?

Eating after 7PM
I'm way under my calorie goal and I want a snack. Is it ok to eat after 7PM? Does the time of day really matter? I mean I'm not going to eat a meal - just something to control my hunger.
