  • I suffer too! Sometimes it can be 4-5 days... no joke. I have been taking a Fish Oil supplement and a Magnesium (I'm prone to kidney stones too). I love the Fish Oil - my dr started me there instead of prescribing meds. It works. I don't think brand really matters - i just usually get the Nature Made.
