Will I lose weight?
I was wondering if I stopped eating sweets, drinking pop, and stopped eating fast food, if I would lose any weight? I'd also do cardio, and tracking my calories. After a while I'd stop eating other greasy foods :p ( Burgers, fries, etc. and of course the kind I'd make at home, not the fast food.) Thank you :3

Carbs
Hello :D I am trying to do only like 50 grams of carbs a day (Carbs make 40-80% of my diet, not good.) I have no problem with dinner, or snacks, but lunch and breakfast are my trouble, I am allergic to nuts, and peanuts, and I do not like eggs. Thank you oh so very much!!
