Will I lose weight?

I was wondering if I stopped eating sweets, drinking pop, and stopped eating fast food, if I would lose any weight? I'd also do cardio, and tracking my calories. After a while I'd stop eating other greasy foods ( Burgers, fries, etc. and of course the kind I'd make at home, not the fast food.)
Thank you

If you eat fewer calories than your body uses, you will lose weight. Nutrition matters, but for weight loss itself the food types don't matter.
Calories in < Calories out = weight loss
If you stopped eating sweets, drinking pop, and eating fast food, but you still at more calories than you burned, you would not lose weight.
It's easy to gain weight even if you're eating all "clean" foods.
All things in moderation. Just track your calories.0
