the "right" scale
Where do you get those scales that measure to the tenth of a pound, and how much do they cost? I am still using a dial scale that I have to "zero" myself, and I don't think I always get it right, and I have to do it often. It drives me crazy because this was supposed to be a very good scale, and cost me a lot of money that…

Fingers swelling during walking
I walk around 3.4 miles a day, and my fingers swell when I walk even though I try to swing my arms high when I stride. Sometimes I even clench my fists on the upswing, but I can't keep it up for long, though it does seem to help some. Does anyone know what is going on and/or what I can do about it? Thanks

housework
I noticed that there is no category for housework in the exercise listings. I looked up housework on a Daily Calories site and 60 minutes of housework uses 317 calories. Is there a rule against using housework as exercise on this site? Lo65

Hi! I'm Lo. I am 47 and lost 66lbs on my own over about 1 1/2 years. Then I decided to just hold steady over the 2012 holidays and managed that, but right after? There went my new diet. And about 14 hard earned pounds. Now my new doctor said I have to get back to eating right and loose the rest - about another 50lbs or so.…
