Note: I realize you can't pick where you lose your weight. I have about 3-5 pounds left to lose before I think I'm at my ideal weight. I hold most of that in my stomach. Step counter?
This is a very broad question - intentionally - but if you have or use a step counter, would you include it in your exercise tracking here? Or would you just consider that your normal, average "my body burns calories when I breath" kind of deal? Thoughts?
