I like them. I recommend if you are eating them, though, to rinse them THOROUGHLY and dry them really well before you eat them. They smell fishy (literally) when you open the bag, which is weird and I don't know why, but I've discovered once I season them up and cut them into small bites (because I really like tricking…

My office is incredibly hardcore about health and exercise. They provide a free YMCA account for each of us and it's literally across the street (I can almost see it from my desk). A lot of us go to classes together (spin, weights, yoga) but there are definitely days I go on my own to run or use the elliptical. I generally…

I rotate through some basic lunches - generally 3-4 options. And for breakfast, I'm always going between oatmeal, cereal, and avocado toast (with or without some salsa and eggs). Mine is more for budgeting purposes - it's more affordable to buy one bag of oatmeal and just eat it every morning instead of buying 2-3…

My goal with it would be to wear it whenever I'm exercising - whether that means spin class, my elliptical workouts, my short and long distance runs, or dance. I don't know much about how they work, but I'm assuming one that can track how many calories I burn per activity would be ideal. Is that basically what they do? Can…

Hmm... definitely going to need to do some research, then!

Same same! Adding.

Can you get one for less than $50??

347! :) Definitely not willing to cut the guacamole. I could eat avocados every day. ;) I also don't care for chocolate and most sweets, so if avocado is my go to for favorite food or snack, I'm running with it!

I'm not sure. They just get weak. The sports doctor I saw didn't really give me any information other than weak knees, but I'd imagine it's a ligament issue, too. I've also been told once I strengthen my hips and glutes, I shouldn't be quite as uncomfortable in my knees after long runs. So far, it's worked, but I haven't…

I started out with the 1200 calories a day and had to up it. I'm at 1,300 right now and probably going to bump it to 1400 next week. I think 1400 is probably more appropriate for me personally but it'll be different for everyone!

And actually, as soon as I posted it, I found a nutrition calculator on their site - ha!

Last time I made mine, I used almond milk and it turned out well!

My favorite right now is a mix of cashews and raisins - awesome. Hummus and bananas are a go to for me, as well. Not together. :)

Smoothies are a GREAT option, too!

Psssht. Whatever. You can totally rock low carb vegetarian. Don't listen to anyone who says you can't. And for others - I think she's saying she is not concerned about lowing her carb intake from fruit and veggies. Meaning she will eat those carbs and not worry about it. She's talking about restricting her carbs from…

You look awesome! Great job! It's always rewarding to see before and after!

I'm 5'2" and I don't have a real, solid goal in mind, honestly. Not as far as numbers go. Which probably sounds cheesy, but it's true. I think I probably set my goal at 117 because 17 is my favorite number - ha. But I'm in the 122 range right now and still have a belly and my thighs aren't as toned as I'd like. I think…

That's awesome! Congratulations - you look great!

Welcome! I'll add you!

Adding you!:)

Me too! My friends and coworkers poke fun at me all the time because I love Canada and want to move there. :) I love all the landscape and scenery there. If I could move to Banff, I would in a heartbeat!

I made these once and really liked them. Thumbs up!

Thanks so much! :)

I probably spend about $50 a week, maybe more, on groceries each week. I've been vegetarian since January. I did used to spend more, but once I started meal planning, that pretty much locked me into a cheaper monthly amount. If you can plan your meals for the week around the same general ingredients, you won't need to…
