I've been hit or miss with MFP but would really like to stay motivated to track everything. I don't even know how the friend thing works, ha, so I'm pretty sure I have zero! I'd love to have people to encourage me in my progress (which I will reciprocate, of course!) and maybe help explain some parts of the site to me! Straight-up newb here! :)

Anywho. I'm 23, love to ride horses and hike (when it's not stupid humid or pouring down rain - both of which it is doing where I live right now), and I enjoy working out. I think I fall short on my goals through my food, but I'm not quite sure how. And since I haven't tracked anything in the past several weeks, it's hard to see it. So first plan - track everything! I'll get there. :)
