Lifting weights
While doing strength training like Biceps and Triceps I can feel the burn. My question is am I supposed to feel pumped up and kinda sore afterwards for a while for the workout to be effective? By the time I leave the gym it all goes away lol. Am I doing something wrong? Help?

My progress so far 20 piunds down
My heaviest waa 264 but I got down to 248 slowly. I got serious at 248 pounds and joined a gym. Ive been at it for 6 weeks and im down to 228. Is there a way to cut weight but gain muscle
I've been attending a gym for 5 weeks and I do strength training for 30 minutes and the Elliptical for 20 minutes. I've lost 15 pounds so far but I still need about 50 pounds or so to get to my goal. Do I have to wait til I reach my goal to really gain muscles and bulk?

Help!!! Am I degressing instead of progressing?
I started doing my routines 3 Wis ago and on the Biceps Curl I had started out at 55 pounds but today I could only do 40 and at the end of the reps I was struggling. Am I regressing? Also add me if you would like to help me.
