My heaviest waa 264 but I got down to 248 slowly. I got serious at 248 pounds and joined a gym. Ive been at it for 6 weeks and im down to 228.

As of Feb 18 im on week six and have lost 20 pounds. I will take pics on week 8. Can yall tell a difference so far?

    Everyone tells me I look skinnier and younger but I cant notice it lol.

    Thanks Bronx. Ive noticed my arms are losing their fat and my muscles are beginning to show somewhat. ive heard stomach fat is the last to go so I need to have patience lol.
