Help!!! Am I degressing instead of progressing?

I started doing my routines 3 Wis ago and on the Biceps Curl I had started out at 55 pounds but today I could only do 40 and at the end of the reps I was struggling. Am I regressing? Also add me if you would like to help me.

    not necessarily, sometimes you just have one of those days.
  • Not necessarily. There are tonnes of factors that can induce a bad workout. Energy levels, how much you've eaten, even stress and emotional feelings.
    If you find it continues, either take a week off an rest and/or change your routine.
