It seems really strange that I can have 1200 cal, 165 carbs, 40 fat, 45 prot and 28 grams of sugar and lose a pound a week. All of this seems so high to me except the Protein. Logging in food ad exercise
I am the worst about keeping a log of what I eat and the exercise I do. I don't eat meals per say and I hate to count calories.
