Whats allowed

It seems really strange that I can have 1200 cal, 165 carbs, 40 fat, 45 prot and 28 grams of sugar and lose a pound a week. All of this seems so high to me except the Protein. I have Lap Band (since 2007) and have a very hard time hitting any of these numbers. I am probably going to have an unfil on friday to see if that helps me get in the good food I need and then set myself up with a meal plan and stick to it. Hopefully that will make the difference. :flowerforyou:
