Should I be watching these amounts? My goals are carbs: 139g fat: 38-40g sugar: 30g protein: 121g around 1385 calories. I have no idea what a healthy diet is. I've been weighing my food but sometimes I feel like the amount is different depending on if it's cooked or not. Anybody know anything about that?

20 y/o student looking for some support and such.
I'm 20 and just discovered this site. I was previously using Fitocracy but decided this better suited my needs. Anyhow, I'm jumping on the weight loss bandwagon and I'm ready.
