Should I be watching these amounts? My goals are
carbs: 139g
fat: 38-40g
sugar: 30g
protein: 121g
around 1385 calories.
I have no idea what a healthy diet is. Could someone check out my diet and give me some feed back? So confused about a lot of it. Was on a super low carb diet with a personal trainer but now I just want to have a normal healthy diet to lose 1-2 lbs a week.

Also I don't log my exercises. (about 2-4 times a week 60 min) Should I have my calorie goal set higher?
I just need some feedback about normal healthy diets.

I would increase your calorie goal to at least 1700-1800 and shoot for a weight loss of about 1lb/week or less. With only 12 lbs to your goal, more than 1 lb/week is too aggressive of a goal.

Your protein goal looks okay and should be a minimum, I would also up your fat goal to a minimum of 55g. The remaining calories can come from where you want.

Don't worry about sugar unless you have a medical reason to do so, just treat it as part of your carbs.

    This is a great read:
