why is it that when i add strength training to my daily excercise that it doesnt compenstae me any calories and cardio does? im confused on how it works or if im doing something wrong? does this even belong in this catagory?
as a rule, do friends message friends on here regularly or just look into other ppls diets and posts etc?

ok i think i know how the friend thing works, now im interviewing for the rite friend (haha) i personally am not looking to loose a bunch of weight, but i am looking at maintaining a good healthy lifestyle. anyone have the same interests? if not its cool, we can still be friends....i think.
