I am still away from my goal weight but today I have hit a milestone of 50 pounds so I want to share my success...Will post my success story in future after reaching goal weight!
I have lost 50 pounds of weight and 6 inches waist but still I have not seen remarkable change in my face its still very fatty :sad: ........I know there are no specific exercises for losing weight in specific area of body but why is fat not coming off!
Does it work long term and does it has any side effects???
