Division of calories into meal and snacks
Ive got 1200 caloies per day as my allowance. Im not following any formal kinda diet and am hoping somone can point me in the right direction as to how much I should 'spend' on each meal and allow for a snack (or two) to stop me feeling hungry. Any (reasonable) suggestions welcome. :o )

Budget Pedometer
Can anyone recommend a budget pedometer that I can use now (for walking) and later on (for jogging) for around the £15 mark? Any sugggestions gratefully received. Thanks :o )

Any other (er-hem) middle aged peeps out there?
Hiya. Im in my mid 40's (!) and would like to find others of a smiliar age to give and receive support and encouragement. I dont have a support network (my OH can pretty much eat what he likes), and all my friends are not in the same country as me. Id really like some help on my journey to a healthier, lighter me. Tea and coffee
Hi. Bit puzzled as to why black coffee (unsweetened) counts as 5 calories - in any previous diet Ive done its counted as 'free'. Also, can anyone advise me if tea and coffee count towards your water drinking? Thanks. Jo
