Diverticulosis
In June I had an attack of diverticulitis. Very painful! Spent 4 days in hospital. Never want to do that again. I learned that one of the causes of diverticulosis is obesity. Even though I've lost a total of 100 lbs, I'm still considered obese. So, I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs more to get within a healthy weight range.

Length of time vs. weight loss
Is losing 29 lbs. in 50 days a good rate? It seems SO slow!

OUCH!!
I've recently developed tendonitis in my Achilles tendon. Doctor told me that it'll take quite a while to heal. He also said "no more tread mill" until it's healed. Besides the stationary bike, which doesn't hurt my tendon, what other cardio can I do? Thoughts?

Doing everything right and still gain?
I don't get it. I've been under my 1400 calories every day. Exercised 3 days this week (which I'm trying to work up to more days per week) and I gained a pound! What did I do wrong?

Calories/exercising
When I exercise at the gym the machines report calories used. When I plug in the exercises into MFP, the calories used are different and much higher. I'm pretty sure that I'm accurately recording the right exercises. Any ideas?
