In June I had an attack of diverticulitis. Very painful! Spent 4 days in hospital. Never want to do that again. I learned that one of the causes of diverticulosis is obesity. Even though I've lost a total of 100 lbs, I'm still considered obese. So, I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs more to get within a healthy weight range.

    I too have diverticulosis, I had lost weight in the past, but gained it back since the Coronavirus. I weigh 210 pounds and very much need to lose weight. I would love to find a simple diet for my diverticulosis. No offense, but none of those fancy foods diets. I like plain and simple,with a few spices of course. 😆
