First 5K DONE
I'm so happy to have completed my first 5K this weekend. My goal was pretty much to just finish without passing out and to hopefully come in under 40 minutes. Magic Bullet users?
I received a Magic Bullet for Christmas and am deciding if I should keep it or return it for a stronger model (Nutri Bullet maybe - I don't have $ for super fancy). I am really looking to make Green Smoothies so trying to decide if the MB will pulverize my veggies enough so that I won't gag! Any thoughts?

If you only had 40 minutes...
to spend at the gym a day, what would you do?? I belong to a gym near my office and like to go during my lunch hour but by the time I change and get over there I really only have about 40 minutes to work out before I have to head back to the office and "clock in". Suggestions?
