I'm also back on MFP and planning to start Keto on Monday. Would appreciate Keto friends, especially with open diaries. Thanks in advance!

I tried adding a small bit of coconut oil to my coffee but it didn't really mix in well - is there a particular brand that works better for this?

I consider myself a "new" runner and just finished my first 5K last weekend with a time of 35 minutes - I was shocked as I thought I would be closer to 40 minutes but you will probably surprise yourself and be better prepared than you think you are - at least I think that's what happened with me. NICE!! So...I'm doing my first 5K in 4 weeks and am very nervous. I'm curious...My husband said that once you are in that race environment that you end up finishing faster than you think you will because you get caught up in it and having the people around helps keep you going. Just wondering if you had that experience (if…
