It was only 2 minutes and it wasn't very fast. But I ran. I haven't run in 20 years.

Keep at it! I started c25k almost 9 weeks ago. When I started I could barely run the 30sec running interval, now I can run 40mins straight (sometimes more!)0

It's a start! I started jogging for 2 mins at 3.0 on the treadmill and now I'm up to 3 mins at 4.3. Baby steps will get you there!0
