Question about Jamie Eason Live Fit Program

I am looking into starting this as my first attempt at a strength training program. I was just looking over the first day and see that she is using some of the cables from the gym machine. I was just wondering if anyone is doing this plan from home without a gym and whether there is a way to substitute resistance bands for some of her moves. If not, I would appreciate any beginner programs that I can do with dumbbells, a bar and a few free weights and resistance bands. Thanks all!
