Redid my goals. New goal too low?
Lost 57 pounds so far and I decided I probably needed to adjust the MFP goals... The new calculations dropped 500 calories from my previous daily goal (2000). I'm not too happy with that. There were some days I was over 2000 (sometimes a lot) and I am very shaky about going to 1500. Do others ignore the MFP math? Just use…
