I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but are there any supplemental lifts to the 5x5 program? Like if particular areas don't get as much development. I'm not really sure. Just wondering if anyone has thought about this or if it's even necessary. I do cardio 3x a week and lift 2-3x a week on different days.
I'm developing Carpal Tunnel in my left wrist, I'm actively treating it and hoping it's not permanent but I know I won't be able to perform many of the exercises from the SL 5×5 program I'm doing. I can do squats, might be able to do dead lifts due to the nature of the lift (not sure though ). Anyone have any ideas for…
