RMR vs BMR
I did the Bod Pod last week and it came up with a RMR that is lower than what i had always figured my BMR using calculators. I am having a hard time grasping the difference between the two- RMR and BMR. Should i eat back to the new RMR # if i have a big calorie burn day....confused now

Anyone done Bod Pod Test ?
I have an appointment next week to do the Bod Pod test. I am curious as to what it comes up with for my body fat and RMR. Then I want to do it again after finishing NROLFW to see if I really gained muscle mass. Anyone else done the Bod Pod and found it at all beneficial? The University does it for $40 and i didnt think…
