So I'm starting my first week of carb cycling. I'm on 1200 calories a day and my plan is 3 days high carbs 160 g of carbs and low days 80-100 grams for 2 days. Any input on my plan or what kind of success you've achieved carb cycling?

It's about time to buy some new pre-workout and I'm wanting to try something new. I've used Assault, C-4 and Pump Extreme. I don't care for C-4 since it doesn't agree with my stomach. I like Pump Extreme and Assault is ok. I'm thinking BPI?

I've been eating 5-6 meals a day about 200-300 calories. Clean eating is the best way to boost your metabolism and be healthy =) I feel like I'm ALWAYS eating but I've lost 3lbs in one week so far (yay me!) My question is if I burn off x amount of calories at the gym should I be putting them back in to keep my energy up…
