1200 calories

I've been eating 5-6 meals a day about 200-300 calories. Clean eating is the best way to boost your metabolism and be healthy
I feel like I'm ALWAYS eating but I've lost 3lbs in one week so far (yay me!) My question is if I burn off x amount of calories at the gym should I be putting them back in to keep my energy up and metabolism going?

I'd say yes, eat your exercise calories back.0

Absolutely! You should be NETTING your goal calories. And check out what your BMR is, you shouldn't be eating below that... 1200 may be too low. Cheers!0
