Losing the baby weight
So I'm about 5 lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight but I feel like I am still so much bigger (even after the last 5 lbs). Has anyone else had this problem? Do you lose a lot of muscle when your pregnant???

So I started landscaping again and am not sure how to enter all this activity. I can't change my activity level because I'm only working twice a week (I'm a new mom). And if I enter 8 hours of gardening I get a credit of like 3100 calories or something crazy like that. What would you do??

Hello. I'm new to myfitnesspal and glad to have found it! Have questions about entering strenght exercise.... i'm not using additional weight, just my hugeness. how does everyone enter their personal strength exercises (ones that aren't entered already)?? How do you know or find out the calories burned?
